Staff
Bruce Tyler is the Director of Healthy Illinois, a campaign to make quality, affordable healthcare coverage accessible to all people in Illinois, regardless of immigration status. Throughout his career, Bruce has led coalition strategy, policy analysis, advocacy training, and community-based initiatives focused on expanding healthcare access for immigrant adults and seniors — priorities that closely align with the Healthy Illinois Campaign and HBIS preservation efforts. His background includes deep expertise in coalition building, strategic planning, compliance, and culturally responsive community education. He has also trained promotores de salud and developed bilingual educational and advocacy materials.
