Healthy Illinois Campaign Applauds Record Funding for Critical Immigrant Health Coverage Programs in FY25 State Budget

Early Wednesday morning, the Illinois General Assembly passed the FY25 state budget, which includes a record amount of funding for the Health Benefits for Immigrant Adults and Health Benefits for Immigrant Seniors programs.

Advocates and Illinois Latino Legislative Caucus Members Celebrate Expansion of Health Coverage for Immigrant Adults in the Illinois FY 2023 State Budget

Healthy Illinois Campaign and members of the Illinois Latino Legislative Caucus celebrate the inclusion of the Healthy Illinois For All bill in the Medicaid Omnibus. The bill will fund comprehensive and expanded health coverage for low-income immigrant adults ages 42-54, regardless of immigration status.
